- Ability to create check list for various frequencies and associate with asset disciplines. By selecting an asset discipline, all assets within the specified discipline are automatically considered.
- Ability to define standard manpower and hours required to perform a PPM in the checklist. This is associated to PM tasks to track the time spent on PM activity. Man hours required to perform a check list is automatically calculated based on the input.
- Ability to define a check point as mandatory in a check list. This is highlighted during the PM task performed by technician and ensures proper attention.
- Ability to define time required to perform a check point.
- Ability to define Min & Max range for check points for which meter readings to be entered while performing PM tasks.
- Ability to define whether a check points status to be entered as a value (meter readings) or Text (Done, Note Done etc…).

- Ability to schedule PM work orders for the assets for a specific period.
- Ability to define leave days to ensure no Preventive work orders scheduled on leave days.
- Ability to define material required in the check list. This will be notified during the PM tasks.
- Ability to define tools & special equipment required during a specific frequency.
- Ability to schedule PM work orders for all assets in a single selection or schedule by asset category division & discipline building, floor and spot.
