- Each contract record provides the user with an Ability to incorporate unique contract code, contract name, associate customer, period, type of contract, activities, assets to maintain, financial details, employees, location and sites involved.
- Contract can be further sub-contracted, each sub contract record provides the user to incorporate unique sub contract code, contract name, associate customer, period, type of contract, activities, assets to maintain, financial details, employees, location and sites involved.
- Classify services rendered to contracts as AMC, One time job, Casual jobs etc…
- Define billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, etc…) to create billing schedule.
