- Ability to create and manage multiple stores and associate multiple stores to a warehouse.
- Ability to create bins, racks in a store and associate bins to material.
- Ability to maintain and track stock at multiple stores with reorder levels and usage reporting.
- Ability to create and manage material information and associate to preferred vendor details.
- Ability to create opening stock for materials.
- Ability to view last purchase price and weighted average price of a material.
- Ability to request (MR) and issue (MI) material from a bin and associate with preventive & breakdown work orders.
- Ability to transfer stocks.
- Ability to receive material which is returned back internally.
- Ability to raise purchase request (PR) based on re-order levels or from scratch.
- Ability to raise purchase inquiry (PI) against a PR to vendors with an option to email.
- Ability to enter a vendor quotation (VC) against a (PI) for evaluation.
- Ability to release purchase orders to suppliers based on PR, VC or from scratch.
- Ability to hold, cancel or short close purchase orders.
- Ability to receive materials (GRN).
- Ability to track status of a requested material and identify the current stage ( PR, PI, VC, PO, GRN).
- Ability to return materials to vendors if any defect found.
- Ability to do stock valuation.
