- Ability to enter start & end time of an activity with remarks.
- Ability to enter the status/value of each check point defined in the PM work order with remarks.
- Ability to view the material to be used as per the SLA norms.
- Ability to associate a PM work order to material request and confirm utilization.
- Ability to track time & cost.
- Ability to upload images of the PM activity.
- Ability to reject a completed PM work order.
- Ability to withdraw, re-schedule a PM work order. If re-scheduled the work order number is added with a reference number ( example D1, D2 etc… ).
- Ability to print individual PM work orders, Daily list of PM work orders & monthly schedules.
- Ability to automate the email notifications of planned work order to multiple recipients.
- Option to configure workflow procedures to perform a preventive maintenance work orders (Example: PM Work order List >> Staff Assignment >> Confirmation >> Material Updates >> Work in Progress (Live Update) >> Job Inspection >> Approvals >> Close).
