Technical resources is a comprehensive data base containing information about the resources involved in facility maintenance activity.
- Classify the employee as self (inhouse team), external (client/sub-contractor). This enables the user to review the performance of maintenance activities precisely.
- Apart from mandatory information like employee code , name, age, birth date, gender, nationality there is ability to configure the “Skill set” (Nature of work) allocated to the employee.
- Create teams and with reporting hierarchy to enable the call centre to view the details while workorder assignment.
- Deploy employees to contracts and locations, define if the employee is a shared or a dedicated resource.
- Define skill sets of an employee to identify during the workorder allocation and auto assignment.
- Fields for attendance biometric access Index enables secured integration and data accuracy for time & attendance.
- Ability to capture the Visa, EID details.
- Manage valuable and reference information like address, qualification, skills, identities, experience family and training information.
- Manage assets provided/allocated to the employee.
- Link resource data to HR & Payroll module.
