- Smart workflow engine is fully scalable to configure multiple level of approval hierarchy with an Ability to escalate a task to multiple people of same level.
- Ability to generate unique identification code, barcode numbers, QR Codes with a logic to identify location, division and discipline within the code.
- The workflow engine automatically escalate to next level based on the hierarchy and eligibility on total value of the task.
- Ability to manage manufacturer details, make, model, serial numbers, year of manufacture, typical life as per manufacturer recommendation and asset references.
- Workflow engine is readily configurable for approving completed preventive maintenance, complaints raised in helpdesk, work analysis and job estimation, material request, purchase request, purchase orders, leave requests.
