Maintenance supervisor plays a pivotal role who is responsible day to day functioning of maintenance activities by monitoring and directing the technicians towards achieving productivity and efficiency.
Reach Plus ensures seamless data flow to supervisor to monitor the performance of the team and properties efficiently.
Reach Plus - Mobile App Functionalities :
QA/QC Audits :
- Create QA/QC workorders for a random audit of the workorders completed by technicians.
- Ability to choose the % of workorders which needs to be audited, based on the % entered by the supervisor the system will automatically allocate workorders completed by the technicians.
- Approve/reject the workorders if any defect or any work needs to be performed by technicians.
Staff Assignment :
- Assign / Reassign workorders to technicians based on their availability.
- Create a new workorder and assign to technicians.
- Monitor the accept/deny status of the technician for workorders.
Onboard data for New Contracts
Creating Facility
On Boarding user will create Facility Building, Floor, and spot using Mobile app. This app will have an option to capture a live location from map locator.
Creating Assets
Option to Create assets by entering the asset details, Image and also option to capture the assets location in map.
Employee Deployment
On boarding user can do employee Deployment from the app. As planned he can select the employees from the list and deploy on the site.
Planning and Monitoring Maintenance
User can Schedule a PPM for the Facility (housekeeping Services) and Assets (Technical Services).
The checklist can be utilized from pre built Master data or also option to create new checklist.
Alert notification will be sent to monitor if any complaints / Service Request from the customer.
Material Requirement and Stock Monitor
Take required material and monitor the stock, app will notify the minimum level reach and based on that user can raise a material Request.
